Service and billing
Moving service is billed hourly, based on the number of movers and trucks stated in your quote. Working time begins when the crew arrives at the origin and ends when the work is completed; applicable travel time is added. A minimum of three (3) working hours applies.
Estimate and quote
The online preliminary estimate is provided for information, based on the details you supply. The final quote is prepared after review by our team. The final price reflects the time actually worked and the services actually provided, at the rates in your quote.
Customer obligations
The customer agrees to disclose heavy items (over roughly 225 lb), fragile or high-value items, to prepare appliances (disconnected and emptied), to reserve the elevator where required, and to provide reasonable access and parking for the truck. Waiting time caused by unprepared access is billable hourly.
Deposit and reservation
A deposit may be required to reserve a date. The amount and applicable conditions, including cancellation conditions, are stated in your final quote.
Goods transported
Hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable goods are refused. The company reserves the right to refuse any item that cannot be transported safely.
Changes and unforeseen events
Date changes are possible subject to availability; the rate of the new period applies. In case of extreme weather or a major unforeseen event, the company implements reasonable solutions to complete the job and communicates with the customer promptly.
Payment
The balance is payable at the end of the job, using the accepted payment methods stated in the quote. Card payments are processed securely by Square.
