Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a move, we collect the information needed to provide the service: name, contact details, origin and destination addresses, home and access details, inventory, photos you choose to send us, and billing information. Card payments are processed by Square; we never store your card number.
How we use it
Your information is used only to prepare your quote, plan and carry out your move, bill you and communicate with you about your file. With your separate consent, we may also send you offers — you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service (payment processing, email delivery, secure hosting), who process it on our behalf.
Retention and security
Information is kept as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Access is limited to staff who need it; building access codes, when required, are collected only after confirmation and protected.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, its correction or, within the limits of the law, its deletion, by writing to info@lebondemenagement.ca.
